Gym Rental Agreement
I just want to let you know of gym rental agreement:
As you know we are using three Hanover School Div gyms and SBC.
Here are when the gyms are available:
- SBC 8:30-10:30pm
- Kleefeld Shcool 8-10pm sharp
- Mitchel Middle School 8-10pm sharp
- SJHS 8:30-10pm
SJHS is very touchy with everything. If you arrive there before 8:30 and if there is no rental you can start to use the gym right a way. If there is a rental please do not go into the gym until 8:30pm unless there is tornament. They don't want us to watch their practice. I know we are suppose to get the gym for two hours but somehow this school is not budging. So try to start ASAP if you can and communicate with head janitor if you can stay later than 10pm.
Just a reminder to captians to let all players and your spectators to take there outdoor shoes off in the front entrance put on mat if there is one available. We are also responsible to do all clean ups after we are done and that includes net, poles, garbages from all players and theirs balls if they provide. Each team are responsible for your own volleyballs.
At this time i cannot provide you with the cost until everything is finalize with rentals and insurance. Please check out our website every week just incase of changes.
